Fps dips/lag spikes with gtx 1080

I've been playing rainbow six siege and at random times I will get a lag spike. The gpu isn't overheating, and the drivers are up to date. My gpu usage is at 99% while playing. Could I have a bitcoin mining virus?

99%? Is this only during R6S or during idle as well? Just in case, it'd be in your interest to download some kind of antivirus (I recommend Iobit Malware Fighter, or Advanced Systemcare) to make sure your PC isn't infected. Also I want to see FULL specs, not just CPU and GPU.

During idle it's around 1%.
