FPS drop after changing laptop motherboard

Hello,
My laptop just got out from ASUS Service Center and they told me that the motherboard have to be changed to fix the keyboard (the problem before), then after that I tried playing games (CSGO) the framerate just drop like hell.
Before I manage to get over 120+FPS and now I just got less than 60 and may drop to 20.
Does the problem because of the newly installed motherboard or is it something else?

My Laptop: ASUS ROG STRIX GL553VD
Core I7
16GB RAM
GTX 1050
1TB HD

I would really appreciate any answer that can give more insight about this problem before I turn it back to the ASUS Service Center

Why would you wait? If they did not do satisfactory work, you need to get them to replace it immediately before their responsibility shirking customer service pretend to have forgotten, lost, or invalidate any claims you can have on it. I would send it back ASAP and yell at them some more and then some.

I do agree with that but I at least want to get my fact straight before coming back with some claims.
