Question FPS DROPPED IN ALL GAMES!

I was running all of the games fine, then, about 3 months ago, fps suddenly dropped in all games. I've checked CPU and GPU temps (CPU 75 C max while gaming) (GPU 50 max while gaming), there are no malwares, CPU usage is super fine, RAM usage too. I tried to reinstall OS and it didn't work out. Please guys help, I don't know what to do!!!
My specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon x4 860k 3.7ghz
GPU: GTX 1050ti 4GB
RAM: 8gb
I have ssd

Really depends on the game, for example league of legends, from 110 fps to 60
PSU isn't the best but I never had problem with this one
