[SOLVED] Fps drops after drivers update

The game was running perfectly fine but after a night of rest the fps drops drastically from 150 to 50 in seconds even after updating all the drivers.
I tried various things like re installing the game, updating any graphics driver found and even deleting the cache memories of the game but still the game lags while the fps drop is still high.What can be done?
processor i7-8th gen
graphics card 1050 ti

Try DDU in safe mode to completely remove the driver and then reinstall the latest driver from NVidia. This will completely remove all traces of the old driver and any associated corruption. Sometimes reinstalling a driver is not enough.
