Question FPS drops in Phasmaphobia ?

I have a high end gaming pc and don't understand why I sometimes get 0 FPS for a second in Phasmaphobia ?

it only happens in Phasmaphobia.

My specs:
Sparkoon 700w
Rtx 3050 8gb
i5-11400f
32gb ddr4 3200
