Im having issues running Fornite on low settings. (1080, 240hz). Im getting 120-150 FPS most of the time and its going fluctuating from 110-240 and it is casing some noticeable issues in game.
PC:
CPU: 9700k
GPU: GTX 1080 - 8gb
MOBO: asus prime z390-a
RAM: 2x8gb DDR4 3000mhz
Monitor: PG258Q - 240hz
So I only used this PC for a 60hz monitor in the past and I recently uprgaded to a 240 hz.
I'm playing Fortnite stretched 1440x1080 all low settings and im still flucutating in FPS pretty badly and my CPU & GPU are cranking up in usage percentage according to my CAM software that came with my cooler. Temps are good on both GPU and CPU.
Im using G-sync and disabling V-sync in game. My thought was that maybe im using G-sync incorrectly or maybe I have a setting wrong somehwere causing the inconsistencies.
Either that or maybe I need to update drivers.
