Every game that i try to play like csgo league of legends warface or soo .... drops from like 200 to 10 fps My CPU is AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core Processor
and GPU AMD Radeon R9 380 Series 4 GB.
End it does it like every 20-30 sec

Solution
No, you need to download AMD Overdrive to measure your CPU temp via Thermal Margin.

Guide.

More then likely you'll need to clean the dust from the CPU cooler and possibly redo the thermal paste but understanding Thermal Margin and where that CPU is temp wise could give you a better idea as to what needs to be done (dusting/redo paste/new cooler?/etc).

the temps are around 95
i don't know what PSU i use i bought this pc years ago how can i check ?
95C? If so that's way too high for either CPU or GPU and would cause thermal throttling to avoid damage. The GPU can be measured with most programs but the CPU needs to be measured with AMD Overdrive via Thermal Margin which is a bit different then other programs.

As for the PSU you need to open the case and look at the side of the PSU for the make/model.

Sooo the temp on the CPU right now is around 40-45 . That is what Thermal Margin measures.
about the new cooler i had temp problems a few months ago and i changed it with new one.But even then the problem wasn't fixed it still had a frame drop but it was alot more infrequently
