FPS drops on gtx 750 ti

Hey guys I have been using gtx 750ti for a while now but from the past week I am experiencing frame drops. I replaced power supply cleaned all ports and reinstalled components, reapplied thermal paste and did everything I felt may lead to frame drops but I am still facing the same problem.
My specs are
I5 -2400
4 gb ram
750 ti
I even tried using my friends ram but the problem still persists
Any help would be great
I even have the latest driver

What are your CPU temps when gaming?

60-70 i guess
35-40 when not gaming
