Basically, the only things that can cause the problem you are describing is overheating of the CPU, GPU, or VRMs, the power supply being unable to power the system, or some problem with Windows or a program on Windows. Your temps are comfortable. Your power supply, while lower quality, should be adequate to power your machine. That leaves some problem with Windows, which usually manifests itself like the one I described. It won't show that your memory is full I think because Windows does not recognize that it's being used, but it's still being filled up by uncleared memory allocations.

Unless someone smarter than me has a better idea about what's going on, this is what I believe to be the trouble.

I was just playing overwatch and the FPS drops from a stable 155 (max)
to 120 which is really laggy for me when playing 144hz and cant play it anymore
same with ghost recon wildlands by fps just drops from 80 to 30 which i cant play with

Clockspeeds i dont know becuase i havent checked msi afterburner

*edit so i just checked the clockspeeds are still the same as normal
i can still check it now because i havent restart my pc yet.

Here's my theory as to what's happening:
For whatever reason, some computers' memory will get filled up after they have been running for a certain period of time. When it gets filled up, the performance craters. This sometimes happens when Windows doesn't clear out the memory allocated to a program when the program shuts down. Restarting the computer makes everything as good as new because the memory gets cleared out.

I don't know if that's the case with your situation, but if it is then there's not much you can do about it.

How long has this problem been occurring?

i guess this might be true because i dont know where my memory is going this already has occured since old drive even i switched drives and set the things over it still hapened the memory is 46 % when not even playing a game.
i really appreciate your help since i dont know how to fix it

*edit i guess i am going to reset my pc and hope that fixes it.
