Question FPS issues in fortnite

I have a hard time reaching 144 fps in Fortnite, and i am a tech-noob...
I wonder if anyone can give me some guidance as to what components of my spec i need to upgrade.


SPECS:
- MB1151 Asus B360M-K Prime

-Intel Core I5-8400 <4.0GHz 6-Core CPU

-DDR4-2400 8GB Crucial RAM

-SSD 256GB Intel 545s 2,5" (SSD)

-Asus Geforce GTX 1060 3GB Phoenix

-PSU Corsair VS550 550W 80+

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage?
ram/ssd usage?

is the VS psu new gen or the old one?
