I cant seem to get more than 60fps in any of my games. I have tried turning down the graphics quality and the likes but to no avail. Max of 60fps. I recently purchased a 240hz monitor which is why i am just now noticing the issue. Before i had a 60hz monitor.

Current Build:
CPU: i7 3770k
RAM: 4x4gb G. Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1866
Motherboard: ASRock z77 Extreme 4
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda
GPU: GTX 1070sc
Monitors: 2x LG 2560x1080 ultrawide, 1x Asus ROG swift 1920x1080 240hz

Unfortunately, I have already done that. But now im getting somewhere, but still not there yet. So I was getting better fps in csgo and for a tiny bit in overwatch. That was after Geforce Experience uninstall. Today I hop on go into inspector to make sure my stuff is the same (it was) and i reinstalled Gefroce Experience. After that I launched Overwatch and Csgo and bam. 59/60 FPS. wtf? check inspector and under frame rate limiter it says 0xF000003B. After googling a bit apparently on guru3d there is a forum post about that hex value under frame rate limiter. The hex value stands for 59fps (which is what im capped at). So something on Nvidias side is doing this? if its a glitch then shouldnt it be fixed by a DDU (which i did). So im lost and still waiting on Nvidia support to respond.

Dude im lost too, If Nvidia doesnt respond shortly i think i will just format the hard drive and start over

SOLVED!!! After some tweaking with inspector and uninstalling and reinstalling GFE. I now no longer have a frame rate cap!!

Wait! Wait! what ultimately was your final fix? I have 240 htz monitor & have at the very least, a simlar problem ... I've been trying hundreds of things... basically everything for days!!

... I get 240 FPS out of game, & monitor looks like jelly butter. Soon as i get in game into Overwatch passed the initial loading screen... drops right down and flickers btwn 59/60 FPS know matter what I do... It has to be some setting somewhere, it's gotta be. I'm a little afraid to tinker too much in the NVIDIA Profile Inspector for fear of either damaging something permanently or not being able to retrace my tinkering bread crumbs and be trapped in some candy cottaged NVIDIA nightmare!! HELP ><
