FPS lowered for no reason

Hello! I normally play CSGO at around 170-200 fps with every setting on low or very low and while playing 4:3 1024-768. 2 or 3 days ago, out of nowhere, my fps lowered a lot and now they are in between 60-100. Can someone help please?

System Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6300HQ 2.3 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 960M
8 Gbs RAM
windows 10 64 bits

The Nvidia drivers are up to date.

It's probably the drivers. Update your drivers.

As for the GPU, the min temp is 58ºC and the highest is 65ºC.
The CPU cores get to 70ºC max and 50/55 ºC min.

I'm not sure but i think that is not the problem.

It's probably the drivers. Update your drivers.

I have already updated the drivers and i actually think that is the problem because this all started when the nVidia drivers updated automatically but it appeared that the installation had failed. However, i have unninstalled the drivers using DDS and re installed them and the same problem ocurred.

its rare but sometimes they update the drivers on the older models and it breaks it for certain games. You can try reverting back to a previous driver build.
