FPS problem in Gaming

I have PC specification like below:
Processor: Intel Core i5 9600k(Single)
Ram:16 GB (2x8) 3200MHz
GPU: Zotac RTX 2060 6GB amp edition
MOBO: MSI Z390 Gaming Plus MPG

Now the problem is I get 35 FPS in Assassins Creed Origins where I have seen in youtube that others with the same rig have much better FPS than me like(70-80 FPS).I also get low FPS in other games like (Rainbow Six Siege,Assassins Creed Syndicate,Assassins Creed Unity etc) comparing to others with same config.Please help me.What could be the problem?
Note:I have also upgraded the Graphics Driver but that didn't help.

My PSU is Thermaltake RGB 700W Non Modular Single Voltage 80 Plus
Yes monitor is plugged to GPU.

What clockspeed is the cpu running at while gaming?

What speed is the RAM actually running at?

I haven't checked that.Do I have to check that in Task manager or do I have to download extra software?

I’d check RAM speed in the BIOS, software is sometimes not accurate. CPU speed can be done via task manager but it is easier to use a program like MSIAfterburner.

Ram clockspeed is 3200MHz
Cpu usage 56% and temperature 75 degree
