I get from 4-10 fps in world of warcraft, all of my setting are set to as low as they can be. Ive been thinking it could be my monitor that is giving me this problem since ive owned it for 8years now. Any Tips to help me out would be great.

P.S. What should i upgrade to make my gaming experience better. Or should i just buy a new rig?

your graphic card is very very weak, that's what you should upgrade
in case you decide to buy a new one, make sure your power supply can handle it

p.s: the monitor has nothing to do with the fps
