Question FPS problems

An hour ago I was playing fifa 23 in 120 fps. I exited it, the background image of the computer changed by itself to solid black color. I thought it was a graphics problem and I pressed win ctrl shift b. Now when I play fifa I barely reach 60 fps. I tried everything, I reinstalled the drivers from the graphics card by first deleting the old ones with ddu. I can't figure out what is causing this. I want to mention that I use Atlas OS because it is the gaming computer and I wanted higher performances in games. Now my gpu is in very high use, which was not normal until now. Thanks

Check GPU clocks. If you're getting less performance than before but more GPU usage it may be because your clocks are low and the threshold is lower. There is also 0 reason to use Atlas OS for your level of hardware to play FIFA. Try using a regular Windows install.

Instead of resetting your driver, check logs for clues as to why the driver may have crashed etc.
