I have an AMD Radeon 6900 series GPU. This is not necessarily the best graphics card, and I have had it for awhile. That being said my FPS on most games were completely fine and I would notice no FPS lag at all.

Overnight randomly every single game I play (overwatch / csgo) I get terrible fps (below 50). I have no clue why it randomly started happening. All my graphics drivers are up to date.

Would appreciate any help / insight here.

-High CPU/GPU temps? - No
-VIruses/Malware? - No
-Software changes? - Come to think of it randomly overnight windows 10 forced an update. That may be it... but in that case how can i fix it?

Check your update history, you may need to uninstall an update that may be causing issues. Now that I think of it I had no issues with BF4 but last night it ran terrible (120-130 FPS when its normally capped around 199). Turns out that I did a file repair through Origin and somehow some files were missing from the game, once repaired the game ran normally. This was after I did the most recent Windows 10 update yesterday morning.

If there's no file repair option for Overwatch/CSGO then you may want to reinstall the games.

Does it say 4% WHILE ingame? If so, it may be a bottleneck

It does say 4% while ingame.

Do you think doing a system recovery to a month ago (i won't lose anything valuable) would fix it?
