Recently upgraded my processor from a Ryzen 5600 to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and now I'm getting serious FPS spikes.

I'm playing GTA (Five M). I'm running very high settings and getting 180 FPS but getting serious spikes every 30 seconds and it drops to 90FPS and stutters. Very annoying. I've tried different servers and changing graphics to lower them and still the same.
I'm running 8GB/12GB Video settings so not maxing out.

I completely installed a fresh copy of windows and all drivers up to date. Any ideas please

Specs;
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2
  • OS: Windows 10 Home
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d
  • CPU COOLER: upHere 5 Heatpipes Black CPU cooler
  • RAM: 32GB at 3600 MHz (2x 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro)
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Mech 2x OC Edition Graphics Card
  • HDD: Netac SSD 1TB
  • SSD: Integral 250GB SSD NVME M.2. (R-3350MB/s, W-1350MB/s)
  • PSU: Golden Field GPG 80+ Gold 650W
  • Monitor: ACER Nitro XV282KK @ 144Hz

I'm running OCCT and my temps are 55.2 for CPU and 50 for GPU. I benched marked on Heaven and got 179FPS on 2560 x 1440 Full Screen Ultra
