[SOLVED] FPS

my p.c. does not shows proper fps in the game, fps drops to only 2 fps when i fire , game become very slow when i fire...i ve q 9550 2.83 ghz processor , 8 gb ddr 3 ram , dell optiplex 960 with nvidia geforce gt 730 .... how can i get rid of this problem ...plz guide

What game are you trying to run?

If it's anything recent or demanding you need to remember your CPU is over a decade old and the GT 730 is far from a gaming graphics card, its actually barely better then integrated graphics.
