Question Frame drops

Hello guys i have a rysen 7 1700 with an rx460 4gb and 8 gb ddr4 ram. When i play for example fortnite it plays very good most of the time 100-120 fps but for some reason sometimes it goes to like 30-50fps. It stays like this for about 20 seconds and then it comes to normal at 100+ fps. Even at the most intense fights in game it doesnt drop from 100 fps so i suppose its something else that is happening here. Which are your thoughts? Could it be the version of the AMD drivers of the Gpu? Or is it a problem of the ram? What do you think?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

Cpu and gpu temp during the game is very good. Usage of cpu is about 20% and gpu depends on what graphics i play. It can go up to 80%. How can i see what psu i have?
