Question Frame per second drops to 5-10 after playing for a while

I've had this issue were I'm playing games and after a hour or so my fps tends to drop and stay at 5-10 frames and the only way i fix the frames is by shutting off my laptop and waiting 5-15 minutes before turning it on again.
These are my specs

• 15.6in Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) IPS 144Hz Gaming Display, Intel Core i5-11400H 2.7GHz Hexa Core Processor w/ 4.5GHz Turbo, 12 Threads, 12MB Smart Cache, 10nm, 45W
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 3D Graphics Card, 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD I added a 1tb stick
• 8GB DDR4 2666MHz Memory I also added another 8GB ddr4 stick

Is this while plugged in? Monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures using HW info and see what they report at

I've met this problem last year, using 4800h+2060l. It's caused by overheating, so check your hardware's temperature during playing.
