Frames drop after few minutes witcher 3, Farcry 4

At startup witcher 3 and farcry4 runs smooth but after some minutes frames goes down, in witcher 3 im getting 35 to 40 fps but after 15 mintues it goes down to 25 or low any suggestions?
I have Core i5 4690k
Gigabyte r9 270x 4gb oc edtion
8GB DDr3 Ram 1600mhz
500Gb hd seagate
Cheftech 650watt psu

yes i do have graphic r9 270x gigabyte oc edtion. the graphic temp while gaming is 68c i havent noticed cpu temp yet

those temps are a bit high, can you find out the CPU temps? Also I might not be able to reply for a few hours or so.

i will post the cpu temp. what temp should be fine for both cpu and gpu? and how to retain good temp do i need water cooler systems?

well CPU should not really be over 65 and that GPU temp is actually normal, i thought you said R7 260X.

my cpu temp was 60c and usage was 43% when game started lag after that cpu temp went down to 53% and usage 25% fps still drops. while Gpu temp is 63c

when games start fps on farcry4 was going 40+ after some minutes its down to 32 cpu temp and usage was high when frams hitting 40+ but when fps got low cpu temp and usage went low

no nothing heavy is running on background i dont think so

my cpu max temp hits 66 then it comes down to 52 to 58

is the core clock dropping when the temp drops? if so you have thermal throttling. as to why at that temp, I am unsure.

no core clock remains the same on 4 cores. is r9 270x is capable to run on ultra with 1920*1200 resolution?

Not at ultra, more like medium, but that does not really explain the frame rate drops unless it is just the game getting more intense.

i dont know when i played at ultra frames got dropped to 5 to 8 but when i set it to high frames remains constant and gameplay is smooth
