Whilst I doubt it's the issue, could you check if your drivers are up to date?

It does certainly sound like your GPU is your issue, and that a new one is the best option. There are some very cheap alternatives available that would outperform yours for $30-40.

Nukemaster im thinking to buy this CPU Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E8500 (6M Cache, 3.2 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB) does it fit there? price is about 110$ (55 LVL)

i dont trust any shop aoutside my country 😀 even ebay.com 😀 i better buy in local shop where i know if something gone wrong i can see with my eyes what im buying 😀 because internet shops basically have their stores too and not far from me 😀
 

Very strange, The board 's bios revision is far too old for any core2 duo to work correctly(the chipset also does not seem to be core2 ready either, but i could be wrong on that one, but am 99% sure it is too old). and how about intel core duo like this Intel® Core™ Duo Processor T2450 , not core2 duo? intel Pentium D?
