Freeze then won't boot

Hi guys
Lemme tell u my problems with my Pc, I was playing borderlands 2got it from steam then suddenly it freezes
Idk what happened the power button won't work then I plug off the cable then put it in again
It won't boot nothing in display, no sound from inside
I'm confused please help me..
Specs
Intel core i5 6400
Nvidia gtx 950 Zotac amp edition
Msi Pc mate idk what is the name socket 1151
8gb ddr4 ram
And corsair VS 550w
Oh yeah it's win 7 64 bit

does the light in power button appear ? make sure all connections are proper especially the PSU then try switching it on
