[SOLVED] Freezing problems

I have a question. Lately when I have been on YouTube or browsing the internet, my new pc starts to freeze, but never freezes while playing games, literally never. It only crashes when doing practical things on the desktop. So I was just wondering how to fix this, I also turned off hardware acceleration on Firefox

cpu idle is 40-50 gpu is 40.
specs
X570 plus motherboard.
3700x amd
2070 super
Corsair vengeance ram
2 Samsung 860 evo ssds
650w gold rated. And a dual 140mm cpu cooler.

my scan was normal, no malwares found.
I use Firefox but I have not tried reinstalling.

You should try reinstalling Chrome.
Does Firefox also has freeze problem?

Try running Memtest86 to check RAM and share the reports. If the error count is more than 0 then it is the cause of your freeze.
Here is how to run Memtest86.
Note:- You need a Pendrive to run this test.
If you have any problem
