Freezing while Gaming

Most of the time my computer freezes after I finish a game. Sometimes it will even happen in the middle of the game. Someone told me to try monitering the resource moniter from the task manager. I took a picture of the resource moniter when my computer freeze. This is what it shows. Hmmm.... your harddrive usage looks like it is spiking repeatedly to 100% usage. I would try a simple defrag first

is your cpu overclocked? my fx 6300 seemed alright after oc but started freezing underload.

Well i mainly CSGO but it has done it during other games as well.
