I have XMP I used on my BIOS. Doesn't matter what frequency is set, it's always stuck at 2133. Any way to set it to 3200?

Bios looks good.RAM is in A2 and B2 slots.
BIOS version is 1601.
CPU is i7 10th gen.

If you do not use xmp what speed does the bios set the ram to?It's a kit. I just checked the ASUS website to see complete MoBo specs:
