I bought a new PC in Nov 2021 but it crashes frequently especially while gaming (it also freezes randomly while idling on desktop).

I suspected overheating was the issue but the temperature was <70c while gaming.

I tested with memtest64 and 1 error was found. Then I started to look for some information about my RAM and I found this. View: https://imgur.com/a/yzQlwn3

It should be a DDR5-5200 ram but the transfer speed here is 4807. The bandwidth is 19200, but is it too small for a DRR5 ram?

It is so strange that the RAM info is different to the spec, should I find the retailer and request for a refund? Thanks a lot!
