I purchased an Inateck KT5001 and connected it via PCIe and have tried both SATA and peripheral adapters to power the card.

The card's blue light comes on. The device manager recognizes the card. I have tried the default drivers as well as the drivers from the website.

Nothing I plug into the USB ports is recognized.

I'm running Windows 10, fully updated 20H2. My motherboard is an AMD x570.

Many Amazon reviews seem to agree with you. Other people with same problems

what does device manager call the card?
You must run the installer, which installs Inatek "Fresco" drivers, and it identified as the "Red" Fresco USB card.

No consensus on which driver to use, some used the DVD, others the windows driver that windows loads.
Some people just gave up and returned it to Amazon
