So I went over to my friends house since I have a better knowledge about computers than him and he wanted my help. So when I came over I installed a gtx 1080 for him ,32 gb DDR4 ram, a brand new SSD that we installed it to windows, and a 800w power supply that his friend gave him. When we were all done we tested it out and the computer at first booted up fast but when we went to play some games (modern warfare) he was getting 30-40 FPS on average. We did end up running a test benchmark and it said that the gpu, memory, drive, was running good but the cpu was running very below expectations. I then checked what his temperature was and it was reaching a near 100 don’t know why it is a fairly new computer that he got only about a year old just wondering if anyone can give me an answer to why it is so high

Agree on the cooler, it needs a 130W cooler to work properly, and that'll be warm, unless the cooler looks to be on this scale then it'll not be enough. http://www.cryorig.com/h5-universal.php
