anything below 110 on hotspot is safe, and the other temp likely about 20c below that.
idle temps - If they like my 7900xt the temps will be about the same as each other 40c hotspot, 38c gpu - really depends if you use Afterburner to control fans
linkMost of the 7000 series cards do a very good job of keeping the main GPU temp reading below 60 degrees. The high temps you need to be on the lookout for with the 7000 series are hotspot and junction temperature. So while the main board temp might be good, you need to use software like GPU-Z of HWInfo that can read temps from other sensors.
