Question Front case fans won’t work

Hi guys I bought a case with 3 fans in front however when I plug into front fan on motherboard it’s like it’s not enough power. The 3 fan wires are joined by 3 plastic blocks do I need to play a psu cable into one end or one psu cable into each end ? Sorry this is my first build
