I have a problem with my water cooling desktop that I had since 2018. I bought it custom built from a supplier called PC Specialist and it has a Core i7 9700k processor, 16GB DDR4 Corsair 3000mhz RAM and a Samsung 970 Evo 500GB M.2 SSD and a 2TB storage drive.

When I was streaming a while ago, I noticed my front USB ports aren't working with my USB controller through Xpadder and even when it does work with Xpadder it seems slow. Then I was transfer some files on a USB 3.0 stick and I was noticing slow transfer speeds on my USB. Here's a highlight I made from the stream. Could it be a problem with the USB ports on the case or the board?

Has the case been opened for cleaning and maintenance?

Overtime component seatings, plugs, jumpers, RAM will creep loose due to heating/cooling, vibration....

Open the case and check the front panel USB connections. Could be creeping loose and causing intermittent connectivity loss.

Check everything else while you are at it. And clean as well.

Be sure to turn off the computer, unplug it, and ground yourself while working in the case.

No not since I first had it. I do notice though there's been dust surrounded by the tower where it's been sat. It's also affecting my WIFI adapter and since I re-installed Windows on it it doesn't detect the WIFI adapter at all. I am going to be sending it to my retailer PC Specialist where I bought the machine who will have a look at my PC. They' might find dust inside the case. I'll let you know what they find when I send the PC back to them.
