Hi

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert the movies that you can record
in FS2004 to an .avi or something else? So that it can be viewed with a
regular movie player independent of FS2004. Or a possibility to directly
record an .avi in FS2004...?

Thx!

Yes you can.

Simply download fraps from http://www.fraps.com

It will let you capture your Flight Sim session in AVI format.

I downloaded FRAPS and with the diagx-c installed was getting 25-30 FPS.
It was great. I had tried FRAPS some time ago and was disappointed.
Thanks for the update.

Also, FRAPS saves without compression but they recommended using
VirtualDub on the resulting AVI which decreased the file size quite a bit.
