Question Full fan speed no display gpu

Hello everyone, I'm in a weird predicament where I went to get something to eat, and came back to both my monitors blank and with no response, I tried to restart my PC and the fans on my GTX 770 spin at full speed, and no display. I can still go into windows, and integrated graphics work, even with the GPU plugged in. Now i reset cmos, cleaned, tried it in a different PC, and reseated countless times. I was literally just playing games before it happened and it happened abruptly, I was getting fine framerates, temperatures, and no artifacting so im not even sure what could happen. I am at a loss at what happened, and why it won't use my GPU. Thank you

Is the problem to do with your monitor or your PC? Does your monitor turn off or does the PC stop giving a signal?

It says there is no signal on both my monitors. Im on integrated right now and i am able to use my pc.
