Full resolution

i changed my win 7 screen resolution from 1268x768 to 600x800. Then changed it back to 1268x768.But after that i was not able to play games on full screen. Please help....

what do you mean not able to play full screen? whats the actual problem

cant see anything?(black)
screen looks weird?(not the same shape has the actual phical screen)
does it say out of range?

yea u sure u changed it back to 1268x768?
and the refresh rate is the same? is it a desktop or laptop?
try changin the refresh rate to 60

The game is not streched to fit the whole screen, rather it is seen at the centre of the screen surrounded by black bars

and it doesnt say it out of range

it is a laptop and refresh rate is 60..

right clicked on the desktop
then screen resolution

Have you used the advanced settings? If you have then disreguard this After you click on advanced setting all most to the bottom where it list All modes click on than goto the resoution you want and make sure that it is the 32bit color wih 60 refresh rate then sve. Before you click on advance setting, is it on landscape not portrit. I am asuming that you have done all this. But just in case I had to tell you.

Yaaa, i did all dis........nothing happened...so i restored my laptop ....now its working fine
