Question Full-screen game randomly alt tabs itself ?

I run rocket league on steam fullscreen and don't want to run it borderless because of input delay, but my game constantly alt tabs itself. The screen will turn black for a second and then alt tab and when I click back on the game there's the symbol of lag spiking. Other issues I have had is when it does this alt tabbing the game just freezes and I cant ctrl + alt + del or anything just have to restart pc. Not sure if it is actually the internet causing it but I have ran tests using malwarebites and have found no threats or anything.

Mind sharing the specs to the system? Please state them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS: include version if on Windows 10.

include the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age, apart from it's wattage. You should also check and see what BIOS version you're on for your motherboard. Does the issue only crop up with Rocket League alone? Have you tried other titles? Does the issue crop up when stress testing the system?

I’m gonna do my best as it’s a pc I bought off of a friend.
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
GPU: Geforce RTX 2070 super
Motherboard: rog strix b450
ssd: 500 gb m.2 and 2tb hard drive
OS: windows 10
ram: not sure the type but 16 gb of i think 3200

The pc does perfectly fine when stress testing and I have ran a memory check on the ram and it came out fine. I haven’t played many other titles as rocket league is the only game I play but in the short time playing others I’ve never had the problem.

No psu in that list. Need maker+model+wattage.

Have latest bios?

Tried DDU? If not do so to remove the Nvidia drivers completely. Test with the latest "Studio Drivers" and see if those work better.
