Question Fullscreen Problem

When i Press fullscreen or f11 it Goes to the opposite monitor everytime and i cant control the fullscreen from the monitor it goes to i have to. youtube for example i press fullscreen on a video it goes to the opposite monitor and then i cant press fullscreen on that monitor i have to hover my mouse over where the exit fullscreen button would be if it went fullscreen on the right monitor . Any idea how to fix it sorry if its confusing if you need me to clarify i can

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include monitors: make and model, connectivity.

Dual monitor setup? Extend mode?

Opposite Monitor? Which monitor is "1" and which monitor is "2".

Use GPU Control Panel to check the display configuration settings.
