Question Fully disable Chrome form entry recording?

Maybe I'm just noticing it now, but Chrome (on my Win10 laptop) appears to have started recording all online form entry, and autosuggests entries when I complete a new form with similar fields.
Chrome Version 108.0.5359.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is it possible to fully disable Chrome recording my online form entry data, and disable the auto-suggestions?

I know of Chrome's Settings|Autofill section; I've disabled Password Manager, Payment methods, and Addresses. However, the form-fill recommendations persist.

I'm using the same version and don't have that issue.
do you have any extension running?

Two extensions - Adobe Acrobat and Web Threat Shield.

on the auto suggest field. are they from the same site? could be cookie
