fx-59?

i was reading some toms hardware reviews from a while back, about july, looking for one with the 3700, i then read the fx-57 review i think, and they said it'll be the fastest cpu till the fx-59, which they were very confident would be coming out soon(before the new year). When did AMD scrap the idea of an fx-59 and does anyone know anything about it?

The FX-59 would have probably been a single-core processor clocked at 3GHz. However, it was canceled in favour of the dual core 2.6GHz FX-60. That will remain the fastest processor for S939 as AM2 is replacing it.
