Okay, quick question, In pure gaming performance, which is better, the FX-6100 or the Core i7-860?
Also, if you guys don't mind, what would be a good graphics card to pair with each of these processors?

The Intel i7-860 is better and would probably pair well with a RX 570 if gaming at 1080P.

Gaming-wise they should be about neck and neck although the i7 has more cores that can give it an edge in applications that use more cores to get faster:

Any gpu will pair well with either. If the gpu is too fast for a particular cpu, it can always be moved to a new system once you upgrade.
