FX-6300 idle, 43 to 46 temps normal ?

Greetings guys.Is the 43 c up to 47 c or even 50 c maximum,safe temps for fx-6300,while using the pc only for surfing the net(no gaming,not another factions going on)?Just recently my pc had a shut down while gaming,and when i open the pc again,i runed speccy,and saw that the cpu was runing at 67 degrees.I overclocked the cpu a month ago(4.1 ghz,1.3 vcore)without any probs until now.But im more suspicious of my cooler(aegir xigmatek sd128264,its heavy and it doesnt make good contact with the cpu most of the time)Here is the system specs.Sry if hadnt being more helpful lads!Thanks in advance.Here are the system specs:

Temps are a little high , heatsink must not be making good contact.

Should i apply thermal paste all over again?or tight up the screws?sth like that?

I would just be careful , don't over-tighten.
