FX 6300 Is 45c Idle ,a few day ago was 20.. HELP.

FX 6300 Is 45 Idle ,a few day ago was 20.. HELP.I'm using the box cooler, and it was cool, but yesterday the cpu started to do with full turbo core freq. Even if I'm not using any program or game. Task manager shows only 10-15% cpu utilization -- cpu z full load 3.8 Ghz

Do you have C&Q enabled in BIOS? A lot of stuff running in the background? Check how many boxes are checked in system configuration/start up.

Maybe you should run a full virus scan just to be sure you aren't infected.
