FX-8350 overclocking problem

I'm trying to overlclock my CPU but I'm getting weird voltages, running at stock it is around 1.47 volts. And I boosted it to 4.3mhz and it runs at around 1.53V. I'm really confused on why to would run that high when there is not much core speed.

I have a Asus 970 Pro gaming
And h100i v2

I do but the core voltage never matches what I set it at.

LLC = Load Line Calibration, it's supposed to adjust voltage to processor as needed by the load at that time.
Set to the one that will give you best voltage spread, you'll have to test it yourself.

Ya, I adjusted it, but nothing ever changed. I went front low to very high, and nothing ever changed
