G.skill KM780R keyboard software not working

The software on my keyboard stopped working and gives me this error:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

I have tried reinstalling the software and deleting all profiles, but the problem hasn't changed
The volume LEDs also are stuck at 3 bars

Load keyboard defaults, save to device, then try again.

Or, reflash firmware to see if it can work better. If not, you are more than welcome to RMA to see ifa replacement work better.
