So i will buy F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT for my ASRock G41C-GS with a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550.
I was googling around and found a amazon and a newegg RAM:
AMAZON - http://www.amazon.de/G-Skill-PC3-10667-Arbeitsspeicher-240-polig-DDR3-RAM/dp/B004KVEYM0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF (it is in german)
NEWEGG - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231422&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-Skimlinks-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=12087162&PID=3899435&SID=skim1402X558040Xba101d0a4dc4329739298ffbaad2088a&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-Skimlinks

Why is there a model name difference?
Newegg is F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT
Amazon is F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT

Is it because from newegg these are dual channels and that's why there is the D for dual instead of S for single
And the 4G on Amazon cause there is only 4Gigs in the whole package while on newegg there is a total of 8Gigs in the package. Am I right or wrong?

Solution
It's not on the QVL so I couldn't say for certain, but it should. Remember to change the jumper on the board to the DDR3 position and reset the CMOS when installing the new sticks.
