G.skill Ripjaws 2133vs2400

Looking to buy ram however i noticed that the 2133 costs mre then 2400. Is that normal? Which one is better? Both are from g.skill ripjaws V ddr4

EDIT:I'm not sure but both look to be the same.

The 2400 will be slightly faster, I'd go for them
