Question G.Skill Trident Z RGB Not Working

I have a 32gb G.Skill Trident Z kit. My motherboard is ASUS Strix ROG x570-e.

Issue is that the RBG for my 2nd RAM slot is not working. The RAM is detected, and I have full use of the 32gb, however the RGB just will not light up.

Don't know what to do.

Edit: The RGB software for G.Skill does work for the other ram sticks, but still won't make the 2nd slot light up.

Did you already move the sticks around to insure that it is not a problem with the stick in the 2nd slot as opposed to the slot?

So I turned my computer off last night for an entire night, which I never do. When I turned it back on, apparently the RGB decided to start working again? I'm not exactly sure what's going on.
