G3220 vs i5 4670

Just built a mitx pc using coolermaster 110 case and gtx 1050.

Currently using pentium g3220. Have the chance to return the pentium and get i5 4670 for $55 more. Would this be a noticeable difference for me?

Yes I know the 1050 is not that powerful but I'm waiting to see what cards might fit once vega comes out.

The i5 will be leaps better than that Pentium you are currently using. That's no question. I'm shocked you are able to get one for $55 more, especially if it's new.

Awesome. That's great to hear. Now to find a good gpu that will fit. The wait for vega is taking forever and don't know if they will even have an itx card

I doubt they will have an ITX card at first, but I'm sure Zotac will be the first one to create one. Hopefully it is announced soon. But remember, the gaming cards are still TBD. Next month is just the frontier with the professional cards.

Ok good to know. Guess I should go post over in the gpu section to see what a good itx card would be
