I overclocked to 4.4 GHZ with 1.262 voltage, have a z97-ar mobo,is this good?My problem is it bluescreens sometimes,I lower the MGZ to 4.3 (same voltage) bluescreens more often, went to 4.2(same voltage) then it wouldnt even load windows and asked for restore points,I am not sure if the blue screens (when they happen) are because of the overclock(and i have used malwarebytes and others to check for threats and get 0)...I thought the higher the voltage would just mean more heat....will a pc not run coprrectly if you have too much voltage(even slightly) and run at a lower MGZ speed?

easy solution DONT OC
Hard Solution DONT OC
True Solution
Try to push voltage farer, NOT MORE THAN 1.3v. and try lower oc and do gaming sessions. As a budget cpu, high cpu consume number crushers are totally unnesessary because any normal or even no normal use will take it to that point. If it crashes when palying go and downclock. When you find a point when windows dont crash, go to bios and try a lower voltage. Find a point between no crash and low voltage.
