G850 or Athlon II x3 455??

Hello, i m building a budget gaming rig. My CPU budget is around $80. I m choosing between AMD Athlon II x3 455 and Pentium G850.
I m currently leaning towards the x3 455 CPU
I can overclock it and i will also will a chance to unlock the fourth core.

What is the overall better buy?

Will an TX3 EVO CPU cooler do the trick if i try to OC the 455 to arround 3.6 GHz?
Is MSI GTX 560 SE a good budget card for gaming?

my total budget is $500.
I need everything except the Monitor, OS, Mouse and Keyboard.
I live in Serbia.
I want to play Skyrim, Witcher 2, Portal 2, Trine 2, L.A. Noire, Warcraft 3 (still one of the best games and WoW is a disgrace to warcraft series), Age of Empires 3 , Orcs must die!, Starcraft Brood War,.... It is a very long list, pretty much any game worth playing.

Avoid both of those CPU's and get a phenom II X4 965 black edition. PS i ja sam iz srbije i jebem sebi kevu sto sam uzeo athlon II X3. a ako pitas, bolji je pentium dual core G850 od athlona. a i malo sanse imas da odkljucas jezgro tako da bi ja ili G850 ili phenom X4 965
